A portrait named after one of my favorite people – a woman who makes me a better version of myself. A person who lives with integrity and embraces both vulnerability and strength. This is reflected in this work – through the colors, the energy, and the intense smile.

The original was sold to a couple at an art exhibition, and subsequently, they ordered a new painting in the same spirit. This speaks to the power and atmosphere that Pernille carries – and why she has also become one of my personal favorites.
