📋 Terms and Conditions for VilrikVilrik

All prices on www.vilrikvilrik.dk are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

💳 Payment

VilrikVilrik accepts payment with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MobilePay, PayPal and Apple Pay. The amount will only be charged once your order has been dispatched, unless otherwise agreed.

🔒 Payment Security

Payment is processed through a secure payment server (PensoPay), which encrypts all information using SSL protocol. Your data is protected and cannot be accessed by others.

💳 Reservation of Funds

When paying by card, the amount is reserved on your account. The funds are only withdrawn once the order has been dispatched. In the event of cancellation, the reserved amount will be released by your bank – please contact them if you experience any delay.

🚚 Delivery

See details under Delivery & Shipping. Orders are shipped with DAO and GLS to parcel shops. Original paintings and large frames are delivered separately. Delivery time: 2–6 business days.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns are made at your own expense and must be traceable. Custom-made products (e.g. made-to-measure items) cannot be returned. See details under Returns & Complaints.

📦 Right to Make a Complaint

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Damages must be reported within 48 hours. Please send an email with photos and your order number. In the event of a valid complaint, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered.
