🔄 Returns and Complaints

🛍 Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all standard products purchased from www.vilrikvilrik.dk, unless otherwise agreed. Custom-made products (such as custom colours or sizes) cannot be returned.

Notice of withdrawal must be given no later than 14 days after delivery, and the item must be received by me no later than 7 days thereafter. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the parcel must be sent as a trackable package to:

📦 Condition of Returned Goods

• ✪ Posters must be returned in their original packaging – rolled in tissue paper and placed in the cardboard tube with its outer wrapping.
• ✪ Frames must be securely packed in their original protective packaging.
• ✪ Art Prints must remain unopened.
• ✪ Art Wear may be tried on, but only as you would in a fitting room.

If the item has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, a reduced amount may be refunded.

💌 Refund or Store Credit

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item or proof of return shipment.
As a service, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

🛠 Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Please send an email to vilrikvilrik@gmail.com including:

• Photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label
• The parcel’s internal protective packaging
• A copy of the invoice

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects in materials or workmanship. The right to complain does not apply to damage caused by improper use. I will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
