Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to get a painting in a different size?
I never paint two identical works. But if you have fallen in love with the atmosphere of a painting, we can work together to create a custom painting in that very spirit.
Do you have a studio that one can visit?
Not at the moment. I previously had a studio in Lejre, but the building was sold. Now I work from home. Maybe I'll open my doors again at some point – I miss the community it could create.
What paint do you use?
I paint exclusively with acrylics. They dry quickly, are versatile, and allow me to work in layers and at speed – precisely what my process requires.
Why do you (almost) only paint women?
The women in my works are mirrors. Of myself, of you, of emotions, strength, and vulnerability. It's not planned – they just appear when I paint. They are both figures and feelings, and I believe we need more images that reflect everything we encompass.
Are you a trained artist?
No, I have a master's degree in sports science – and am a self-taught artist. My path to art was driven by a creative urge and desire, not through a traditional art education. I have learned by doing, by feeling, and by daring. Each work reflects that curiosity and freedom.
Can I get an invoice?
